This guide explains how to withdraw funds from your Liqwifi wallet to your bank account.

You choose what you want to withdraw:

1. NGN withdrawals (from your NGN wallet balance)

2. Crypto withdrawals (from your USDT or USDC wallet balance)

Then you confirm the transaction using your Transaction PIN.

1. Add or select a withdrawal account (bank details).

2. Make sure you have enough balance for the withdrawal.

3. Have your Transaction PIN ready.

2. Go to Withdraw.

3. Select currency NGN.

4. Choose a saved bank account.

5. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.

6. Confirm the withdrawal and enter your Transaction PIN.

7. Wait for completion.

4. Choose a saved bank account.

5. Enter the crypto amount you want to withdraw.

Fees and balance requirements

1. NGN withdrawals include a flat NGN fee.

2. Crypto withdrawals also require NGN fee coverage.

For crypto withdrawals, you must have:

1. Enough USDT or USDC for the withdrawal amount

2. Enough NGN balance to cover the withdrawal fee

Withdrawals are marked pending until Liqwifi receives the provider confirmation (webhook).

While pending, do not submit the same withdrawal again.

Common issues

1. Incorrect Transaction PIN

You must enter the correct Transaction PIN.

2. Withdrawal account not found

Add your withdrawal bank details first, then try again.

3. Insufficient balance

Top up your wallet (NGN or the required stablecoin) and retry.
