Liqwifi provides access to digital financial tools including payments, transfers, account features, card-related products, and investment-support features, depending on your location and eligibility.

Certain services are delivered through regulated third-party partners, and availability may vary by jurisdiction, verification level, and internal risk controls.

3. Verification and Compliance

To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, Liqwifi may request personal and business information, identity documents, source-of-funds details, and supporting records at onboarding or any time during the relationship.

We may suspend or restrict access while checks are pending or where there are compliance concerns.

4. Fees, Pricing, and Taxes

Applicable fees, exchange margins, and service charges are shown in-product or communicated through official Liqwifi channels before a transaction is completed.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and reporting obligations connected to your use of the services.

5. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the services lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.

• Do not use Liqwifi for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or unlawful activity.
• Do not provide false, misleading, or outdated account information.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse Liqwifi systems.
• Do not use Liqwifi to process transactions on behalf of undisclosed third parties without prior approval.

6. Suspensions, Restrictions, and Termination

Liqwifi may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access where required by law, court order, regulatory direction, fraud prevention controls, security concerns, or breaches of these Terms.

Where permitted, we will provide notice and reasons. In urgent situations, action may be taken immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Liqwifi brand, software, website, content, and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Urban Intelligence Ltd.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the services solely for lawful personal or approved business purposes.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law.

Urban Intelligence Ltd and Liqwifi are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, opportunities, or reputation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where your Liqwifi service relationship is contracted, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
