Five security signals every Liqwifi user should know
We combine device intelligence, behavioral signals, and optional biometrics so a stolen password alone is rarely enough to move money.
New device? Expect a quick push or email confirmation. Large outbound transfer to a new recipient? We may add a short cooling-off period you can override with verified identity.
Review your login history monthly. If something looks off, lock the app and contact support from our verified domain only.
Phishing remains the most common root cause of account takeover. We will never ask for your full password in email, and we will never ask you to move funds to a “security wallet.” If someone pressures you to do that, it is not us.
SIM-swap attacks are rarer but severe. Enabling app-based two-factor authentication and a strong device passcode materially reduces risk. If your phone carrier offers a port freeze, consider it for high-balance accounts.
Withdrawal limits exist for a reason: they buy time when an attacker slips through. You can request temporary increases for legitimate large payouts, but expect a quick identity check when you do.
Shared devices deserve extra caution. Always log out on hotel business centers and never save passwords on public browsers. If you must check balances on a shared machine, use a private window and revoke the session afterward.
Notifications should be actionable. When you receive an alert about a login or card charge, open the app from your home screen icon—not from links inside random texts. That habit alone prevents a large class of scams.
